Pause to connect

Take a moment to connect to yourself and breathe deeply. Inhale through the nose and allow the exhale to express itself. Maybe an audible exhale, maybe a pause in the breath, maybe out through the nose. Just allow it to be free for a few rounds of breath. Feel the fullness of expansion and contraction in your chest. Now bring your awareness into your heart. Feel the condition of your heart for a few breaths. Now bring into your imagination someone by your side who listens with care, and helps you uncover, and overcome the thoughts, and stories that stop you from living your ideal life. Imagine someone seeing you as unbroken, whole, and complete. Imagine this person guiding you to your inner wisdom to reveal your unique purpose, set goals and accountability, tackle the little agitations in life that may reach beyond that specific scenario, and develop compassion for yourself and others. Health and Wellness Coaching Package of 8 - (60 min each)
Over the course of these sessions, you will be encouraged to tap into your inner wisdom, allowing you to discover your unique life purpose. We will set meaningful intentions, help you uncover any limiting beliefs and explore the shadows that may be holding you back. In addition to the sessions, you will have unlimited communication and support through email and text to further assist you on your journey. Plus, there is a special gift included with the purchase of the package.
